Your data rights

Short version: you can ask us what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop us using it — free, usually within 30 days. Write to support from the email on your account.

Who is responsible

ListNetworks is a brand of AZi Solutions LLC (United Arab Emirates). We are the "controller" of the account data you give us and of the visibility data we generate about your website.

What we hold

Account: email, name, company, phone (if given), plan, sign-in times and IP addresses.
Your websites: the domains you add, what our reader found on their public pages, the AI & SI answers we collected, and the fix list we built.
Usage: which dashboard pages you open, buttons you tap (for example "I did it"), and emails we sent you and whether they were opened.
Analytics: only if you accepted analytics cookies — see the Cookie Policy.

We never store card numbers; payments will be handled by Stripe, which has its own privacy policy.

Where it is processed

Our servers are in Europe (Hostinger). We use Google (Gemini) to ask AI questions about public websites and, with consent, Google Analytics; Cloudflare for security; and an email provider for reports. Where data leaves the EU/UK, standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision apply.

Your rights

Access — a copy of everything we hold about you.
Correction — fix anything wrong (most of it you can edit in Settings).
Deletion — close your account and erase your data. We keep only what the law makes us keep (for example invoices).
Portability — your data in a machine-readable file.
Restriction and objection — tell us to stop a particular use, including marketing emails (every email has an unsubscribe link).
Withdraw consent — change your cookie choice any time in cookie settings.
Complain — to your local data protection authority. In the EU that is listed at edpb.europa.eu; in the UK it is the ICO.

California (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context advertising, and we have not done so in the last 12 months. You have the right to know, delete, correct, and not be discriminated against for using these rights. "Do Not Sell or Share" therefore requires no action, but you may still write to us to confirm.

How to make a request

Send a message from the email address on your account via support and say which right you are using. We reply within 30 days (we may ask one question to confirm it is you). Requests are free; we may refuse clearly repetitive ones.

How long we keep data

Account and website data: while your account is open, then deleted within 90 days of closure.
Server and security logs: up to 90 days.
Invoices: as long as tax law requires.
