The short version
- We collect only what we need to run your account and your reports.
- We never sell your data. No advertising, no tracking cookies, no analytics trackers.
- Your buyer questions and public website text go to Google’s AI to create your report. Your email and name don’t.
- You can get a copy of your data or have it deleted. We do it within 30 days.
Who we are
ListNetworks is a brand of AZi Solutions LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates. We decide how your data is used, so we are responsible for it.

What we collect

We don’t ask for sensitive information, and we don’t knowingly collect data about children.
How we use it
- Run your reports: crawl your public pages, ask AI your buyer questions and score the answers.
- Send emails: sign-in links, report-ready emails, weekly reports, alerts and support replies.
- Help you: answer support tickets.
- Keep things safe: stop abuse, spam and attacks.
- Improve ListNetworks: using anonymous, combined statistics.
Under GDPR, we rely on our contract with you (to run the service), our legitimate interest (to keep it secure and improve it), and your choice (report emails, which you can stop any time).
How AI is used
To build your report, we send Google’s Gemini AI your buyer questions and short text from your public website. We don’t send your email address, name or phone number.
Google processes this under its API terms. The answers we get back are stored in your account so you can read them.
Public AI answers
AI answers about brands are public information. We may show them in combined, public rankings of AI visibility. Your account details, questions and private reports are never made public.
Emails and unsubscribing
Every weekly report, alert and report-ready email has an Unsubscribe link. One click stops them.
We’ll still send emails you need: sign-in links you ask for and replies to your support tickets.
How long we keep it
We keep your data while your account is open. If you ask us to delete it, we delete your account data within 30 days. Security logs and support records are kept only as long as needed for safety and our legal duties, then deleted.
Security
The whole site runs on HTTPS. Sign-in is passwordless, so there are no passwords to leak. Our database is private and only reachable from our own server, and access is limited to people who need it.
Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- See the data we hold about you, and get a copy.
- Fix anything that’s wrong.
- Delete your data.
- Stop report emails or object to how we use your data.
Under GDPR you can also complain to your local data protection authority. Under CCPA, you have the right to know and delete, and we don’t sell personal information. Send requests by ticket or email; we reply within 30 days.
International transfers
Our servers and the companies we use may be in other countries. When data moves across borders, we rely on our providers’ legal safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
Changes to this policy
If we make an important change, we’ll email you before it takes effect. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
Analytics (with your consent)
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages are read and where visitors get stuck, so we can improve the site. It runs only after you accept analytics in the cookie banner; before that, Google receives cookieless, anonymous signals only. IP addresses are anonymised and we never use analytics for advertising.
