Who we are

ListNetworks is a brand of AZi Solutions LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean AZi Solutions LLC, and “you” means the person or business using ListNetworks.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use ListNetworks for a business, you confirm you can agree on its behalf.

The service

ListNetworks asks AI engines the questions your buyers ask, records the answers and the sources they used, and turns them into a score, a list of rivals, a site audit and a fix list.

Today we check Google’s AI (Gemini) with live web search. We may add, change or remove features and engines over time. When a change matters to paid plans, we’ll tell you first.

No guarantees about AI

AI engines are run by other companies. We don’t control what they say, and answers can change from one run to the next.

We report what we measured, when we measured it, “as is”. A score is a measurement, not a promise. Please don’t rely on it as your only reason for a business decision.

Your account

You sign in with a one-time email link or with Google. Keep your email account secure — anyone who can read it can sign in.

You’re responsible for what happens in your account. One person per account unless your plan says otherwise. You must be 18 or older and use ListNetworks for business purposes.

Fair use

Please do: track domains you own or manage, or that you have permission to monitor.

• Don’t scrape or copy our data at scale.
• Don’t resell reports unless you’re on the Business plan.
• Don’t try to break, overload, bypass limits on, or reverse engineer the service.
• Don’t use ListNetworks to harm, harass or defame another business.

If you break these rules, we may limit or close your account.

Plans and billing

The Free plan costs nothing and has no time limit. Paid plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page, in US dollars.

• Billing: paid plans are charged in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew until you cancel.
• Cancelling: cancel any time from your account. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Refunds: if the service failed to deliver a report, ask within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• Price changes: we email you at least 30 days before a new price applies to you.
• Taxes: prices may not include local taxes, which may be added where the law requires.

Your data

Your account details, domains, questions and reports belong to you. You give us permission to store and process them only to run ListNetworks for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may use anonymous, combined statistics that can’t identify you or your account to improve the service.

Our service and brand

The ListNetworks software, design, name and logo belong to AZi Solutions LLC. You can share your own reports inside your company and with your clients. Reselling reports needs the Business plan.

Closing an account

You can close your account any time by opening a ticket. We delete your account data within 30 days.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. Where we can, we’ll tell you first and explain why.

Liability

ListNetworks is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we’re not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost sales or lost customers, including because of what an AI engine said.

Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have that the law says can’t be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change is important, we’ll email you before it takes effect. Using ListNetworks after that means you accept the new terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most problems are fixed quickly. If we can’t agree, the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah will decide.
